Native to London, UK and currently based in Los Angeles, CA, Chloe has built a strong list of notable experiences that shaped her into a highly endorsed asset amongst numerous distinguished artists. Prior to establishing Red Tape Management, Chloe began her career training in dance and performing arts at age 17. After graduating from Margaret Howard Theatre School, she then performed and taught dance with specializations in hip hop and street dance. After six consecutive years, Chloe extended her skills and music-oriented upbringing by branching into the music industry. This quickly became the catalyst for Chloe to begin interning as a music PR, where she professionalized on the industry complexities and networking relations.

With this as her base, Chloe ultimately chose to intertwine her PR and business experiences with her love for music to open her first music management company called ‘EFTM’ in the UK. During this time, Chloe rostered 3-5 artists, worked with X factor UK finalists and worked closely with the X-Factor show as part of their A&R team. After several years, Chloe had the opportunity to bring one of her artists to the US. This event is what sparked her desire to move to the US and later create Red Tape Management after working closely with established artist managers and executives like Cory Rooney, Rodney Jerkins, and Max Gousse. Since then to now, Chloe has managed countless musicians under this brand and had the luxury to work with several popular artists, including Saweetie, Rich The Kid and Lady Leshurr.

As a progressive and dynamic leader, nothing makes Chloe happier than being able to support her clients on transforming their career objectives into tangible, sustainable realities. She has an innate passion for guiding others towards living their dreams as musical expressionists and demonstrates that by offering qualified, tailored, and strategic services that give them the stepping-stones to thrive. This, in conjunction with her inventory of successes to date and reputation for exceeding expectations, is what has led Chloe to become the spearheading music manager she is today – one who continuously strives to raise the industry standards bar.
